I finally get to build up my Techmarine. An interesting model with the highly developed harness, talking about a bionic mule.

Is there a place where I can take a look at current codexi online so I can try to figure out best load out, etc?

As many will advise, get the codex.
Not too expensive, and it's always nice to have a new codex.

Never take servitors. Ever. They are expensive and terrible. If you're using a Techmarine, it should be as a Master of the Forge or a gunner for a Thunderfire cannon.
