Just wanted to make sure I read it correctly but Thunderhammers are nothing more than an over priced Powerfist against Walkers. None of the extra "bad" stuff effect the walkers.

Am I correct on this matter?

Edit : By bad stuff I mean lowering of Int or giving a Crew Shaken result.

The dread won't suffer crew stunned (as it has an initiative).
It also won't be reduced to I1 as it doesn't take a wound.

I think that's poo myself, you ought to get the I1 result, but those are the breaks.

Scott has it spot on. Thunderhammers don't do anything extra against walkers.

In equity I would allow an opponent to consider a penetrating hit or perhaps even a glancing to count as a wound for the purposes of my walker's initiative. That isn't RAW though.
