I was just curious what are the competative eldar list. I was thinking of using a list with wraithguard and wraith lords but wanted to see the communities thoughts.

A while back, one braggart claimed this as his RTT stomper:

Farseer D/G, Warding

x3: 6 FireDs inna WaveS

and then DAVUs to the points limit.

More or less. With 18 to 24 odd melta-weps, it did ring true as being a list I wouldn't want to face.

75% of armies would mop that up.

If you're truly looking for a competitive army, look to mechanized, with only a unit or two of dragons, depending on points.
