all i know about him is that he will bring, the buter or the witch but probobly the witch i am mainly worried about killing his jacks armour 20!!! thats insane

id say just try to ignore the jacks or get them caught up in some terrain. vyros has birds eye and mobility so you have an advantage in the witch's normal hiding places.
if you have any battle mages their push effects can be a big deal to a speed 4 jack. a heavy jack slamming and eiryss following up with disruptor bolt can also take a jack out of the game for a turn.
