well yes I admit it; I am a Naruto fan.
I only ever hear negative feedback in regard to us folk.

Just wondering if anyone else is out there (I assume atleast Ketara is a fan)?

I mainly wanted to say that despite the poor animation, tonight's episode was great (shippuuden 163); I assumed it would be a dbz style standoff, but there was just enough action to keep me going; I am very excited about next week (I just wish I hadn't read the manga spoilers).

I've read alot of the manga but i'm bored and it gets old.

I love it! I'm reading the manga. I'm on tome 46. I watched the last episode of the anime a couple of days ago to see where are they in the timeline. Don't know why I like better the manga. The manga in Spain is almost in the same point than the anime in Japan now. I want MOARR!

The only time I mock anybody who likes Naruto is if its the only anime they like and they claim to love anime. We call them Narutards. If you like Naruto and only Naruto thats fine. Just be prepared for misunderstanding elitists jerks to mock you. :3 Personally I don't watch the anime because I can't stand how Naruto's voice actor sounds. I just read the manga.

This is exactly why I harbored a major dislike for Naruto in the beginning. Naruto's voice was worse than nails on a chalkboard bad...and he was at least 50 decibels louder than the other actors. I did notice as the series progressed the producers got the hint and toned him down bit by bit. Not a bad series but in the end I have the same opinion of naruto as I do of jesus....great idea but your fan club ruins it

Pretty much my thought on Naruto.

Well, it's to be expected of a Shounen manga/anime, since it is targeted toward adolescent males.

All things considered, the manga is significantly better than the anime (no fillers) but does suffer from your standard "In this issue - there's a lot of grimacing and grunting about what will happen.....OMG - secret powers!" that's prevalent in most Shounen stories. I blame DBZ for a lot of that.

Yeah...the "Believe it" thing got old real fast. In general the original voice-work for anime is better, though there are some noted exceptions (Cowboy Bebop was surprisingly decently dubbed....DBZ is soooooooooo much worse originally, it's not even funny).

but in seriouss i ued to like it. one day go fed up with thrying to find the episodes bewtween all the you tube videos and just lost interrest.

Once I got past the voice actor, I rather enjoyed the original series. However, when I got to Shippuden, an friend of mine told me that Naruto wins constantly just like in every other anime out there, and I lost all interest in it. Whats the point of watching/reading anything if the main character never really breaks a sweet?

I like Naruto quite a bit. It's just interesting. I'm currently up to date on the manga, I don't watch the anime.

I got to agree with Slarg, it's the same problem with Bleach too and other popular yet similar anime/manga series.

There are lots of cool animes out there with lots of super powerz! but not like Naruto and Bleach like animes in anyway.

Hate that gak with a passion. Being unable to install Dawn of War Dark Crusade because your young cousin downloaded every single episode in the japanese series kind of makes me hate it.
