I know FW is from he UK and all but how long does it take for the product to make it to the states, prefferably if someone from California could let me know?

I bought a pair of FW Dred CCW's last wednesday and I am yet to see these, yet it has been "shipped" since last thursday.


am I being way too impatient? or do they really take forever?

In the UK it took more than a week for my stuff to arrive so I guess it will take longer for the states.
Give it about 2 weeks then start worrying is what I'd say.

Did you use the standard shipping or UPS? Standard can really take forever, but a week is by no means a long time. I wouldn't worry until you hit the 3 week mark.

FW shipping speeds are HUGELY improved since they did the site redesign, but plan on two weeks any time any package is going overseas from anywhere, unless you pay out the wazoo for shipping upgrades. It will probably come sooner than two weeks, and you will be presently surprised.

"Standard" means it's being shipped through USPS. Which involves it being held at a sorting/customs facility on the East Coast for a day or two at least.

Tack on at least 2 days for shipping from the UK to East Coast, another 4-6 days shipping from the East Coast to West...and that's roughly your answer.

All my orders have taken from 10 days to 3 weeks.

Yes. Unless you pay for the luxury of having it move fast, international shipping takes a while. Along with what crops up while crossing national borders, your package is being passed from one completely different system to the other. Sometimes everything falls into place just right, and it just rockets across the world. Sometimes it spends a month sitting in customs just because.

I ordered 6 IA books on a monday, they arrived on friday, from the UK to the Netherlands. My wife pre-ordered mekboss Buzzgob in december, to be released in january, it arrived in april

It depends on two things...
Is the Item in stock when ordered ( a lot more is being cast in China and shipped to England before it is shipped to you)
What was the type of shipping....
If you place an order with express or large order with free shipping, recently it has been taking my orders about 4-5 days.

One key factor is on which day of the week you ordered and since you are in Cali and ordered on a Thurs, any thing ordered on a Friday ( in England so you are like 9-10 behind GMT) the orders normally don't ship till Monday or Tue depending on when the payment cleared.

Throw in the summer con season when th ewhole crew leaves town you could end up waiting 1-2 weeks with regular shipping.

I had to wait 2 weeks due to the vultures being sold out and being shipped to England first, but part of the order was shipped and was on my door in 3-4days.

Big items (Titans & Thunderhawks ) always seem to ship quickly...

They say to wait 28 days. if it dosen't arrive by then you should write to them

Check everything for mismoulds, they are VERY good at shipping out replacements to you - just calling them is better than email I find...

Huh? Not sure what you mean - with mismoulds at best you bend them back into shape, if you can, with heat and patience.

Cleaning is as normal, mildly soapy lukewarm water...

Just got my order and it took 9 days to show up on the east coast of the US. The odd thing is, if you ever order from them take a look at the return address... it is in Sweden.
