Tomb Kings definitely, they got undead constructs that they can heal, and legions of undead soldiers that are highly skilled. (fluff wise)

Has anyone actually looked at the rules for Daemons? Has anyone actually played against them lately? They are easily the most broken powerful army in the game. They win, hands down.

My vote has to go to the Empire. I love all the cool tactical choices that you can have.

I would normally say WOC, but then I thought of Storm of Chaos, then changed my mind. Empire all the way. Lets see, they have taken out all the WOC had to throw at them twice, have an empre so big that every single beastman can and does live in one or two of its forests and still be a footnote, has beat back too many VC invasions to count, (all of them IIRC, because the VC are only about half of one provence instde the Empire, and every single war they fought, they fought the empire, and lost) beat almost every single orc on the planet at once one time, (blackfire pass, with dwarven assistance) and to top it off, is in the middle of a golden age right now, while the dwarves are in stagnation and (admittedly slow) decline, losing holds by the year to orcs and rats.
Or at least theats my bucket of bias.

As much as I'd like to say that the Tomb Kings will reclaim their lands at the world's expense...they only have a finite amount of strong-willed mummies. They will cut a bloody, bloody swath through all races who oppose them...for a while. As the "death" toll of Liche Priests and Tomb Kings rises, though, the amount of irreplaceable assets of the TK will dwindle. Each member of the nobility or priestly caste incinerated reduces the potential of the Tomb Kings to conquer the globe. In time, after enough necromancers die, there will be an immensely powerful, yet localized, cell of remaining Tomb Kings. They'll form a power bloc, lay claim to a certain (localized) area, and stay there, pissed but unable to continue the war against the living, lest another mummy takes a burning crossbow quill to the face or eats a cannonball. That area will be practically impenetrable for the armies of the living, but the Tomb Kings will not be able to pursue their claims. Sadface :(

Chaos Daemons, though...they are the true contenders for this free-for-all. As battles rage, corruption grows, and blood gushes, they can only get stronger. If all the races clashed at once? Bring on the green clouds and tentacles erupting from the ground, baby. The difference between the mortal, the immortal, and the Empyrean will make itself quite stark, I believe.

Until the fight dies down, and the horde of Daemons merrily devouring the remnants of each race look up and notice they're run out of souls to devour. Their bodies start to turn insubstantial, they look at the earthly worshipers of Chaos...and they feed. Then, finally, they disappear. Some victory :/

In an absolute free-for-all it's going to come down to attrition. I think we all know which race is going to be the one to tought it out until the end...

Seroiusly what with all the dwarves? Probaly got something to do with The Battle For Skull Pass. Anyways Dark Elves FTW!!!

I think the theory with dwarves is that they would just chill in their holds while the world burns. The counter argument is that now the dwarves have to contend with whoever is left for the title of #1. Either Infinite deamons or (for example) an Empire that happened to conquer lustria and ulthuan or something.
