If anyone's interested, I posted a review of the Houseguard Halberdiers for the Retribution on my blog.
I hope to do more of these as I buy more PP models!

Note: It's purely about the miniatures themselves and nothing about gameplay, though I may do a post about that later too.

You can check it out here

Feel free to comment about the post, or the blog in general, etc.

Thanks!

Nice review, the good photos help a lot. I think you may have had a miss packaged box as usually the fig mix is more evenly distributed. You managed to get nice variation to the poses anyway.

Thanks for the review! As someone who is looking to start a Retribution army in the near future, it was nice to see the bare metal models. And I for one am happy that the halberds and shield arms are seperate. After putting together a full unit of Steelheads, the three join long weapons are a headache that I don't want to repeat.

Thanks guys, I'm glad you enjoyed the review. Next time I hope to get better pictures of the minis. My camera's getting a bit long in the tooth and it's starting to show. Of course it would probably help if I didn't try to take pictures of shiny metal against a white background.

That's very possible, but the minis seemed to match up with the picture on the box. Either way, not a huge deal with the poseable arms.
