umm not quite sure what you are asking, but Thor or dashofpepper will probably chime in on this one at some point.
If you are look at what 5th ed changed the ones I can think of off the top of my head are the following.
Our jetbikes get the 6" extra move during the assault phase if we dont' charge just like normal eldar jetbikes.
you can have models with punishers on jetbikes now
horrorfexes are no longer defensive weapons so you can't fire them AND your dark lance from raiders
A a bunch of items no longer work due to the mechanics being gone. The rulign for nightmare doll is debatedable and depends on how you play it its in the YMDC forum I think.
As for how gimped they are that is also debateable. DE are actually pretty awesome at low to medium point values (1000-8150) as we ahve two pretty strong army types. The problem is once you get to larger games, (2000+) we have already filled out most of our good choices and we have to get other units. So I'd say biggest weaknesses are an ancient codex (this is also a strength as no one knows what we do and rarely plays against us giving us surprize) and limited unit choices. Hopefully this will change soon as a new dex is rumored to be coming very soon.
