[img]This is my first project blog for my imperial guard ive done:
A command squad
an infantry platoon
a sentinel
a hellhound
a bassie
and a Valkyrie (Just painted)

now how do you upload pics?

not bad at all! you should use some of the washes to give those vehicles a more worn look. the shark head looks pretty nice as well

I used washes on my infantry (Which will be shown soon) and they look quite good

why is there a SM in your command squad?
the other stuff looks good.

At last someone sees the space marine i wondered if anyone would see it! and the bassie was one of my first models so thats why its like that but its good for a 10 year old i say.

You have some good models, although I would suggest you practice your photography skills. Better pics would allow for some more constrictive criticism.

A few things that can vastly improve your photo quality are exposure setting adjustments, delayed shots and better lighting.
If you're like me, then you like your caffeine and it's sometimes very difficult to hold your camera still while taking photos. Having the exposure setting lowered means there's less light in the photo, but less chance of blur occurring.
In addition, using the delayed shot feature that most cameras means that when you click the picture you don't accidentally jar the camera while it's taking the picture, which has a large impact on photo quality.
Also, the photos of your whole army it's VERY difficult to see how well they are painted, hence the lack of comments regarding your painting solely because of the poor lighting. Try to insure you do not light your models from behind.
A couple of other pieces of advice: try to control your breathing and if you feel to jittery while you're taking photo, just try again later when you're calmer. Also, take several redundant pictures so you can pick out the best one and scrap the rest. I typically take 3-5 identical shots to avoid having to use blurry photos. If you really want that professional look you could try to build your own lightbox, but that's outside of my realm of expertise so I can't offer any advice on it.

OK as the title says no new models will be place on here until i get my 2nd battleforce

you need to thin down your paints,use a fine detail brush,and use washes.

I use washes but they dont show up well in the bright light and the reason some have thick paint is because they were my frst models but my next lot will be a lot better as i have improved

a good alternative to always using the flash when photographing your models is to take your pics in a well lit area. If you can calm your hands enough to pull it off, setting the camera's exposure setting higher also brightens the photos without resorting to using the flash.

Okay I'm not that good a painter, I must say my first models were not too good but as a tip go to your FLGS and ask for a tutorial,if they cant give you one then just try a thinner brush,water down your paints,washes,drybrushing,highlighting and the most important take it slow and for camo's look up real life military camo's print the picture and use it as a reference.

nice paint scheme, i quite like it. though it's already been said i feel i should state it as well, the pics are so blurry at least on the infantry

Yeah my camera is quite old and don't take the best pics but i have to say i don't use a camera much so im not as good as i could be

I think I saw you say you were 10 somewhere, so for someone your age it is pretty good painting.
2 major painting tips:

1.Try not to paint into the recesses of your models. Undercoat the model in black, and make sure to leave the deep grroves in the model largerly unpainted. It makes them look shadowed and more realistic. For example (Not my work, random picture from google) : http://www.wideopenwest.com/~tinweasel/gw_tau/gw_tau_fire_warrior_front.jpg
Do you see on the leg and chest armour in particular, you can still see the black undercoat, or the darker washes he has applied? This makes the model look more real, it adds shadows.

2. Your colour scheme is fine, but its a bit too busy in parts, such as the front of the chimera (hellhound?) and the basilisk. Im not trying to put you down, but until you get a steadier hand, and more practice, try to keep your camoflage and decorative areas more simple, it will look better overall.

And lastly, try to keep a steady hand when taking the picture
