How do the Endless swarm and Genestealer Infestation work in 5th ed.?

The without number special rule obviously no longer exists in the 5th ed Tyranid codex, so does this work at all?

Additionally, does the Genestealer Infestation still use "secret deployment"? If not how do they deploy?

just like the heirophant, I would suggest using the applicable 4E rules, otherwise it gets dicey mixing them. (lol 10 wounds with 3+ invulnerable + regen)

Its apoc though, talk to the other guy and figure out a halfway point.
