I thought that color scheme was cool and slick for eldar, could someone tell me what colors i could use to replicate it and how i should paint the other aspect warriors

Your best bet would be PM'ing or emailing the artist who did that and ask him, as anyone else would just be guessing at the colors used.

From what I can tell though, these colors are NOT straight from the bottle! There's been a LOT of usage of a wet pallet to mix them and a lot of wet blending on the fig to get those highlights correct.

There's a preponderance of cool tones used on this model, so if you were to use it as a basis for an army, you'd need to think in terms of what colors compliment it.
