greetings fellow dakkaites. i have fallen upon tough times getting a game in edge wise since the lgs cut back their hours (as well as staff but thats for another day) so does anyone play here? more specifically people who are in driving distance of the gw in frisco.

While I don't know folks specifically, you can check out the Austin Miniature Minions forum. As you'd imagine, most of them are from Austin, TX, but I'm pretty sure there's some posters from further North, and certainly guys who could probably give you a line. Site link is below:

near frisco you have HTusa Plano, they game on wed nights. The Gamers Realm on thursday nights, and Comic Asylum on Friday nights. dont really have much knowledge about other stores in the area.

I play at Madness Comics in Plano, Area 51 in Grapevine and GW in Grapevine. I no longer go to GW Frisco because of their new manager.

I'm in College Station/Bryan.

I game in the dfw area. I was going to HTUSA Plano, but I'm being transferred to Flowermound for work and thus will be doing most of my gaming either at GW Grapevine or Area 51. Area 51 does WHFB on Thursdays, Warmachine on Tuesdays, and 40k on Fridays with lots of overlap of WM and WH40k on other nights [WHFB is pretty much just thursday].

I used to live in BCS. How do you like that Lytle's lady eh? We formed our own gaming group and played at a warehouse in the area on Saturdays rather than play at Lytle's.

At any rate shoot me a PM sometime, we can get together for a game somewhere.

i might also be able to procure some free time and head to area 51 for i have been hearing good things about them.

I actually work in Plano, but live a little farther out east (by a little farther I mean about 75 miles), I am looking for a good gaming group. At the moment I'm trying to get into Trollbloods.

I live in McKinney, and I play at GW in Frisco on Sundays, Hobbytown (Park & Dallas Tollway) on Wednesday nights, and Gamer's Realm (coit & Beltline) on thursday nights.

I hope this gives you a few more places to get your game on...
