1. If I run the eHaley model in a tournament can I have her count as pHaley or will people have a fit?? I hate the sculpt for pHaley.

2. I bought the 2010 faction deck it has no card for the Cyclone and none for Kara Sloan..... do I just have to get the models and contact PP to get them or is it a miss package?

1. Some tourneys do not allow proxies. Check with the people running the tournament.

2. The models came out after the faction deck. They are not included. If you buy the model it will come with a card.

2. My friend bought a cyclone/heavy multi kit and it did not come with the cyclones card he constantly has to refer to his book ..... and I really don't want to have to do that if I can help it.

The official Steamroller tournament rules do not allow any kind of proxies. This is especially important in case of casters/warlocks where in Mk. II there's no point limit for fielding epic ones and your opponent should always be able to recognize what model you're using just by the look of it.
And what about the alternate sculpt of pHaley?

He should contact PP customer service ( frontdesk@privateerpress.com ) and ask them for a replacement for the missing card.

She still has a man face in the alt sculpt but I will live with it.

Ok so it was supposed to have the card, good to know. I will check the box before getting one.

So what does pHaley stand for? I'm assuming eHaley is Epic, and P is normal. Just wondering what the p stands for.

p stands for Prime which was the original rule set and cards.

Prime, since the original Epic casters were all originally in Prime. No longer, since casters from the second book have started going Epic. But, the designation stuck.

the Deck of Cards does not have Kara Sloan, the Cyclone, Strom Tower, Storm Gunners, Trencher Commandos, or Master Artillerist in it. The Deck was design to update anyone's old collection of figures to Mark 2, not be the definitive source of the unit rules, the "Forces of X" books do that.
