Are the Vanguard Veteran models pre-armed? or is there a sprue. I'm adding some jump pack infantry to my BT army and would prefer the extra detailing on the vanguard models than the run of the mill assualt marines but need to check I could arm them legally.

The Vanguard Veterans are metal figures so they are "pre-armed". You can always remove weapons and glue in different ones should you desire.
