Is there any company that makes custom dice? Basically I'd like to be able to send them a .jpeg and have them use it for the "1" face of each die.

A shop I worked for ordered custom dice all the time and they're very nice. Lazer-etched and high-quality.

A new day, a new time zone.

These are some of the dice I've seen people get custom made by chessex. You can replace the 1, the 6, or get a custom image on every face, for varying prices.

Thanks for the link. I'll email them asap. So basically if I want 120 dice with one side custom it's $0.60 per die? Not bad for custom.

Chessex is your best choice, many forums order special dice for them (for Tyranids, Skaven etc).
Here another company from Poland that does more complicated special dice:
http://q-workshop.com/main.php?lang=EN&sell_type=DETAL
Quality is a bit lower, but you can get Elven and Cthuluh dice and other weird stuff.

I've ordered from them before.
They do spectacular work.

One of the things I liked is that, if you tell them what you're looking for in dice, they'll mock up a few examples for you!

Dakka dice? Are these sold someplace? I'd love to buy some Dakka dice... especially if Dakka got a cut from it. I know I've seen pictures of these, but didn't know how to get them...

I was going to order some custom dice from the poster advertising himself as "Army Dice"- however, a number of helpful people PM'ed me to let me know that it was basically chessex with a middle man! Also, he pretty much dropped off the face of the earth after I PM'ed him about it...

I can't decide if I'd rather have Dakka dice, or tree dice. Maybe both

Q-Workshop made the ideal 3 colour tree-dice but they are OOP sadly (I own 2 ).
Here their page for custom dice:
http://q-workshop.com/help_more.php?topic=customdice&lang=EN&sell_type=DETAL¤cy=USD
They only do dice that have more than just a point or a number on a side.

Since GW have already sold out on the not-yet-released skull dice for WHFB, maybe Chessex is a way to go to get a similar product?

You can still get those by mail order. At least you could on Friday.

Listed as no longer available on their site and the local GW black shirt said the pre-orders prevented them from being available at all for their July release.
Maybe he's full of beans but his comment reflects the webstore status.
