Can Lash move model like tervigon if it's surrounded by gauns from all sides?

On what phase exactly CSM must use Lash?

If Sorcerer was in Rhino which was stunned and then disembarks from it - can he use any Psi Powers or shoot?

Since Lash is a psychic shooting attack, it must be made in the shooting phase.

Lash can't move models through impassible terrain, which is what other models are considered.

Also, as long as the sorcerer disembarks from the stunned or shaken rhino he may use Lash, as normal with shooting attacks.

But is model has jump pack/wings and surrounded by other models can such model be moved? Or Lash uses only "walk" for movement?

You can choose what movement mode the unit moves, as you are making a "move" - so JI can use their packs / wings to fly over their friends.
