The mistake is on marneus Calgar and honour guard scroll down the age to where it tells you the wargear and Av it says his armour is power armour and his armour value is 3+ and his honour guard has artificer armour and an armour value of 2+ when Calgar wears terminator armour!

Jesus Christ dude, take a breath and put some punctuation in your post. The stats that page is referring to are Calgar's base stats in the Marine codex. You have to buy him Terminator armor for about 15 points or so. He still has power armor in case you want to use the old model, which was wearing power armor instead of Terminator armor.

Did you not notice the power armour model in the set?

That said, why doesn't Calgar get artificer armour?

To make the Termi armour worth taking? If he had AA there would be absolutley no reason to give him Termi armour.

There's no model of Calgar in power armor in that set, just his honor guard in artificer armor.
