What armies do well at the European 1500 point level in the current meta with Blood Angels being introduced?

1500 points you have some hard choices to make compared to 1750-1850 of the American touranments. The European tournaments also tend to have a win / tie / loss versus the Massacre - Major Victory - Solid Victory etc system often used in the US so that makes for a different game.

At the US 1750-1850 level seems Imperial Guard, Orks, Space Marines and Space Wolves fair pretty well. Blood Angels seem pretty good in my group's playtesting as well.
