Okay, what's with PP models having mismatched leg armor? Is there not enough leg armor to go around in the realms? Were all of the blacksmiths with any knowledge of greaves and boots killed in a purge? Or a tragic fire at a blacksmith's convention? I don't understand why the concept artist has to point it out in all of his drawings.
Other than that, it looks pretty bitchin'.

Well, the last three concepts have been for: A merc caster, a Farrow Warlock, and a Trollkin Warlock.
All three are scroungers. Mercs are always looking for new stuff. Farrow are a race of scroungers. Trollkin have been shuffled around ala Native Americans.
When they get to the other Faction stuff, I am sure things will be more uniform.
'sides it may be pointed out so the sculptor understands it wasn't accidentally different.

Other than that, it looks pretty bitchin'.
He has to point it out because the sculptor/painter might assume it was unintentional and
attempt to "fix" the design. Also, Trollbloods are scroungers, as skrulnik points out.

I like the concept art... but that stupid hat. 
And I think it changes the look of the warmachine world, it's a shame. I don't want a more "modern" world. I really like the mix with dungeons and dragons and gunpowder.

How does it change the look? It mixes the look of Cygnar and Trollbloods, which is
what I think was intended.

Yet another WM/H model that has the World of Warcrafty look with its ridiculously proportioned hands, forearms, shoulders, and weapon.
I really wish I could find a WM/H race that looked interesting to me; the rules seem really interesting.

I think the proportions of the trolls is more inspired by Matt Wilson's work on VOR.
