Okay, so I've been looking at the old SM codex with Sergeant Lysander and I thought how cool would it be to have and Sterngaurd Veteran Sergeant for 5th edition? So I came up this:

No eye of vengence. Make the powerfist mastercrafted or some other special thing. EoV is meant for snipers, and despite the fact that their bolters have scopes on them, they aren't as accurate as a sniper rifle.

He shouldn't have combat tactics or BS6. BS5 is fine, since that's what the Captain Lysander has. WS5 sure, why not. He should probably also have a 3+ instead of 2+ save, since I doubt he'd have artificer armor as a sergeant. I'll also echo micahphone's point about Eye of Vengeance.
