I am curious as to how exactly she is able to read that spell book. She's only getting the top third of the page at BEST.

The warhound is on a 25mm round base. He is 30mm long and 20mm tall to the shoulder. He was inspired by the warhounds from Dragon Age.
We have two conversions of him planned: one with a saddle as if to be a mount for a halfling or gnome, and one with barding. They will each have pose variations, too.
The spellcaster was inspired by the World of Greyhawk personality Iggwilv the Demon Witch in her seductress form. She was physically modeled after the actress Charisma Carpenter. Here is her concept artwork: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Lenexa-KS/Secret-Skeleton-Miniatures/275718599591?v=photos&ref=ts#!/photo.php?pid=3436174&id=275718599591
She was a bit less "developed" in the original artwork but I am not complaining. She looks good, and she pulls of the seductress job pretty good. Of course, the fleshbound tome may cause some adventurers to take pause before succumbing to her wiles, but she can always electrocute those types.

Can someone host the images on Dakka so I can see what the conversation is about?

And I bet she can't run without tearing a ligament with those things. And probably has massive back problems.

The people in the past who convinced themselves to do unspeakable things were no less human than you or I. They made their decisions; the only thing that prevents history from repeating itself is making different ones.

Isn't there a D&D spell to reverse gravity?
She'll probably use it in tandem with a spell that attacts weapons to the bikini area of her mail-armored barbarian friend.

Her bodice is magical; it is specifically enchanted to both grant her back support and somehow keep her nipples from showing regardless of how rigorous her activities become.
It also enhances her ability to laugh evilly.
The bodice also gets her a discount at Wal-Mart.

The concept art had her at a mid C-cup. The final miniature pushed her to a D-cup. But its fantasy, so I'm cool by it. I designed her based off of her description written by Gary Gygax, and he failed to mention her bust-size so I chose to err on the side of boobage.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money. |

let me preface this post by saying that I am no kind of expert scupltor, etc. that being said, I wasn't really that impressed with this model...don't ask me why, because I don't have any kind of acceptable answer. but this one's just not really standing out to me as something ''cool'' or whatever nomenclature is popular amongst the folks these days... however, to not be just a buzzkill, I would admit that the dress is pretty nice...

The focus for her really was for fans of the World of Greyhawk campaign setting. I ran a poll in 2009 to make a miniature inspired by a personality, and she won. My second priority, besides producing a miniature for her that looked as right as I could get, was to make a good female spell-caster miniature for use as a player character for DnD or some other fantasy role-playing game.
Her proportions are less heroic than Games Workshop uses, and her scale is tiered lower than Reaper's.
I do not have a version of her painted yet, as she is not readily available for distribution, but I will have one soon. Patrick Keith, the sculptor, is a very talented person and he gave us his finest effort in converting the concept art into the third dimension.
When I designed and commissioned this miniature, I did so with the understanding of a limited interest in her. She is "too specific" by comparison with the rest of my products, which focus on classic RPG humanoids that are best needed in groups. I love the WoG setting, and she will be my cross to bear for a couple years until she pays for herself. There is no quick turn-around in the miniature business, and I have never expected one, haha. But I am working with Iron Wind Metals for casting/packaging, and they have been in the business for 35 years and do the casting for very many miniature companies like mine.
I am certainly glad for the attention she has been receiving here, although I will be the first in line to state that she is not for everyone. One person even emailed me wanting to buy just the spellbook, though! That's still pretty cool!
Here is the concept art I mentioned above. The artist, Damascus Mincemeyer, has been a friend of mine for over ten years and is a rather talented amateur artist. Once I have a picture of her fully painted, I will show it here for everyone's benefit.
