Ok, so the scenario came up where I was pondering and wondered if any of the Blood Angel Special Characters (or any for that matter) could be attached to a scout squad and outflank with them. Now bear with me i the fact my BRB is on loan so I can't reference it and have never thought about this scenario before so have forgotten the rule. I know it works the other way around. Just wondering.

dont think so.... unless the Special Character HAS outflank...... could be wrong tho....

Under the couch

The ability to Outflank is conveyed by the unit having the Scouts or Infiltrate USR... both of which are lost if the unit is joined by an IC who doesn't have the same USR.

Unless the IC has Infiltrate or Scouts, the Scouts will lose those USR when the IC attaches to them, rendering them unable to outflank.
