Could someone please give me some advice on what to add/remove from this list? The basis for this list is just to take as many dreads as possible (and possibly in spearhead, infiltrate some)
HQ:
big mek
kustom force fields
2 grot oilers
total: 110

A solid list. With a few tweaks, it should be an even better list.
The biggest problems I see with your list are within the HQ options.
2 Big Meks with KFF should not have both 'eavy armor and cybork. Take cybork and leave 'eavy armor. Hell, you could strip the Big Meks to just carrying KFFs and be fine.
Not quite sure if grot oilers are gonna be needed, but if you have point needs to fill, then by all means take them. I believe the codex states how many of each you could take. Probably one per.
Remove the rokkit launchas from the shoota squads.
Add rokkits to the kans.
How many DCCWs do the Dreads have? They should have 3 DCCWs and a scorcha.
After all that point rewiring, see if you have enough for some suicide Deffkoptas with TL Rokkit Launchas and Buzzsaws. 2 would be enuff.

Howdy.
Looks like a pretty standard Kan wall list.
WarOne is right about the KeffMeks. They really don't need anything but their KFF. They shouldn't be in the position of needing anything else.
I rarely find Rokkits or Big Shootas to be worth while in Boyz squads, because they're slow and won't be of much use.
As far as equipping the Kans, it is usually most efficient to have 6 with Rokkit Launchas and 3 with Grotzookas.
I prefer my Dreads to have 2 DCCWs, Rokkit Launcha, and Skorcha. It adds some more anti-tank, which is again, slow, but could help you in the long run.
Lootas are good from what I've gotten out of them. However, I almost think that if I were you I'd rather go with some suicide Koptas as WarOne said. Get at least one and give it TL Rokkits and a Buzzsaw.

Probably Nurgle, Africa has the lock on that.

ok thanks! I'm leaving the KMB on and leaving rokkits out as they both have same stats, only KMB is AP2 which means it's very helpful when shooting at termies (helps wipe out full squad in CC if needed) and the boyz squads get rokkits they're assualt and they provides some anti tank at 5pt lower than kans. with the extra points though from the the eavy armour and cyork I'll put in a few death koptas like you suggest (orks need lots of AT!)

the thing about deff dreads to me is that the extra attack is more accurate than any gun is generally (at best 3+ normal 4+ worst 5+), is S10 and a power weapon. I should have mentioned but I intended for my Deff dreads to be CC tank hunting, or HQ hunting as generally only powerfist or the like will hurt them. The skorcha is there just to help hit them in cover, and adds some good anti nob bikers to the list (only fnp and invul ). and out of curiostity what do you mean by "slow"? Do you mean they don't run when they get in range? they are assualt so I don't see them slowing down much they turn they waaagh! (they'll keep up with the dreads at least) and so I find them to be great support at longer range.
@above: IDK I just figured it'd be fun. the main strength I think is the wall of 4+ cover saves everywhere your oppenent must shoot down to get to you.

Deffdreads cant Waaagh. But I still agree with not using BS on them, BS 2 Rokkits are the worst, unless taken in mass. Statistically you'll get 1 maybe two hits a game if your shooting every single turn, which on a dread because they are slow you'd want running towards the biggest fight asap.

I would strip away the grot oilers from the KFF meks.
I'd like to see more boys in your mobs. By dropping the two deff koptas you can bring the mobs up to 25 each.
I like rokkits or grotzookas on Kanz, not to crazy about the KMB.
This pretty much looks like the typical kan wall list and should fare well on the table.

I like KMBs just because of the extra termie killing power it gives.
Will take oilers out, and possibly deffkoptas depending on the game I play this weekend.

They are, depending on the build. I've won tourneys with them. They are awesome in lower point games, peter out around 2K. Around 1500 or less is a sweet spot for them.
Strengths:
Hard to deal with 11 dreads (9 kans, 2 dreads) that are immune to small arms fire
KFF meks give all dreads 4+ cover, dreads give boyz 4+ cover
Killa Kans are cheap and awesome. Good shooting for orks (typically rokkits at BS3) plus dreadnought CCW
Hordes of shoota boyz pouring fire into anything that gets near
Deffdreads for nearby vehicles/soft targets (such as Tac marines without a powerfist, IG platoons, etc.)
If you give the list loota support, has a ridiculous amount of fire
