I can't find any examples in the 5th Edition rules for troops that can infiltrate with a transport, but in the... uh.. is it 3rd ed 2nd CSM or was it 4th ed 1st.. Can't remember which Edition that got two CSM codices. Anyhow. The Night Lords could buy the Infiltrate Universal Special Rule for any units, would it be possible (by 5th Edition rules) to use Infiltrate if you have a Chimera/Rhino/Devilfish/Raider/Wave Serpent/Land Raider?

Not enough oysters.

Sure... so long as you deploy the vehicle somewhere else, or leave it in Reserves.

The transport is a separate unit. Unless it also has the infiltrate rule, it can't infiltrate.

Nope, dedicated transports are completely separate units.

It should be noted though that while dedicated transports don't gain the ability to infiltrate, units with infiltrate can also outflank which does apply to their dedicated transport.

units with Infiltrate can't infiltrate with their Transport.

Units with the Scout ability however can, as they give the Scout ability to their transport. units with Scout may also Infiltrate.
