Here is one I can't decide on. I have a unit of 6 wolfguard with a landraider dedicated transport. I assign one of the each of the wolfguard to 6 different greyhunter squads. What happens to the didcated landraider? Does it stay as an elite choice vehicle or can I assign it with one of the wolfguard? I guess it probably doesn't matter as even if I hold it in reserve I can still put asign squad a squad to it but I would like to see if anyone has an answer.

It's still assigned to the wolfguard unit which no longer exists. No one can start the game in it, but anyone can use it after the game begins.
And no, if you put it in reserve, you cannot put a unit in it. It's still a dedicated transport and only the unit it belongs to can start the game (to include in reserves) in it.
