I was getting a message saying I cannot post 'too soon after previous post' in red just below the text window for several minutes and had to relog to clear it.
It appears to be gone now, but just so you know.

Yeah i got the same thing yesterday trying to make a post. After i hit "reload page" it worked, but it showed as a double post. After i logged out and then back in, it was normal
