I was reading in the Ork codex with the fluff and stuff for the first time. I never usually read that stuff...I need to be in the mood and it said that Ghazghkull Thraka was not like the other
Orks as far as his mindset goes. Which surprised me because I always thought of him as an slow Ork boy but...just the most powerful Ork. You know simple minded killing machine that just happened to become the biggest and baddest and the best at gathering a waaagh.

Now it said that he had no complaint and liked to use other technology and experiment with different styles of warfare. He got a hold of some tech and one day they experimented with Warp Technology and was Deep Striking Deff Dreads onto the battle field of...I think it was IG troops. Do you think that in the next edition...or redone version of the Ork codex. They will let us
start deep striking our deff dreads because of this fluff that's in their codex?

I think that would be interesting. I would like to see deep strike rules for the orks period, but I think that would be argued as over powered. But then, they let the Blood Angels deep strike a land raider..........

Between Alpha and Omega, and a little to the left

I like the idea, but you would always roll 2d6 scatter and another 1d6 for how far the dread bounces/rolls

Lord Harrab wrote:"Gimme back my leg-bone! *wack* Ow, don't hit me with it!" commonly uttered by Guardsman when in close combat with Orks.

I'm definitely looking forward to the return of the tellyporta in the next Ork codex.

lord17c - but thats because BA have a method of getting a LR to the surface, via a TH transporter. ORks drop roks on planets. Not quite the same.

But yes, with the return of the SAG hopefully the tellyporta will make it back

What I think is coolest about Ghazghkull is that he let Commissar Yarrick live because he has good fights with him.
