Would a las cell explode? Could there be an order similiar to 'Order 66' or whatever from Star Wars? Could guardsmen ride Motor-bikes like a Space marine? Is there anything First rank FIRE! Second rank FIRE! can't kill Please answer! Thanks

1) Yes. Eisenhorn features an old Guard trick where a trooper can overcharge their power cells to cause a small explosion. I'm guessing mere heat or sparks wouldn't suffice however, as you can put a las pack in a fire to recharge it.
2) There already is: Kill the mutant, the heretic, the psyker, the xenos, the daemons, etc.
3) I doubt they'd have the strength to control an Astartes motorcycle, but it's not unreasonable to propose standard motorcycles for Guard use. In fact, many IG players convert motorcycles in lieu of horseback RR.
4) I'm gonna say Tanks!
I have answered, and you are welcome!

Not sure 'strength' would be as much of an issue for a SM bike as managing to reach the pedals...

1. It also happens in Gaunts Ghosts twice. ONce by accident. and once deliberately
2. I don't know.
3. Yes potentially, but being as the bikes wouldn't be able to turn (too huge wheels) then it's a wonder the SM can ride them.
4. Anything with an AV value.

Well, a las-cell is essentially a battery.
You can make regular rechargeable batteries explode now if you know what you are doing - so I don't see why you couldn't do it to a futuristic battery analog.
'S what old used polaroid film cartridges were good for (as they contained the battery for the camera as well as the stacked up emulsion cards.

1) Yup, as already mentioned (although I would think it would be hard as they are supposedly built so ruggedly and designed to - at least once - be reloaded by throwing them into open fire)
2) Thats the one with killing all da Jedi Wimps? Of course. Imperial Psykers in the Guard get either explosive Collars or a "Minder" who trains a Las Gun at his head at all times. Other then that, unsanctioned Psykers etc. are shot on sight or handed to the Inquisition. The IoM is way ahead of the puny GE.
3) They would be hard pressed, as they are designed for much bulkier drivers. But there probably are Humie scale Bikes as well.
4) Depends: Are you talking in- or outside of an Abnett Novel? Because if its done by Ghosts I would have to say, probably No. If not, then what Space_Potato said.

The violators of the Emperor's law must be punished… how dare they question His will, His judgement… if their deeds go unchecked then chaos will surely rein… I have no choice but to sentence the offenders to death, effective immediately and without appeal… you have your orders gentlemen, may the Emperor's blessing go with you. |

yes, but they don't explose in a crazy movie way or anything. If your las cell gets hit it'll be more like an unpleasent pop sound and a "ah, now I'm on fire" kinda way.
