Not exactly. The complaint was how the 3 Florida locations were poorly conceived on a state level. One location in NE Florida and the other 2 in South Florida. The one mentioned in this thread was the furthest southern location of Florida.

I think SCC (NE Florida) had 34 or so players.

Yeah this location is another hour south of the other location, where would you go? Assume you don't know their will be fewer players here... though that shouldn't be too hard to figure out I guess. I guess it is kind of like figuring out how to beat traffic.

SCC in Jacksonville had 41 players at the start of the tournament.

After living in Ft Lauderdale for 2 years, I'd simply go to the closest venue. If Tates was closer, that's where I'd go. Traffic just got to be real drag down there.

Apparently all of Canada had 2 locations? if so, then Boo Fricking Hoo that florida's 3 sites were stupidly placed

Well, I guess GW deemed Canada worthy of only two slots and the state of Florida worthy of 3. Guess more Floridians play 40K than Canada? You're missing the point.

The real question is how many Canadians got cheap flights to florida and played there?
