This list looks good under the current rules (that will change in a month!), but there is some room for improvement:
-As Lyracian mentioned, the Saurus want spears!
-The Salamanders should be split into two separate units, so at least one of them can fire separately (since you have the rare slot available). If you can find the points, extra handlers would be really helpful, too! I also think razordons might suit your purpose better- salamanders (
iirc) knock down high armor targets, where as razordons are a great charge deterrent. Keep those dryads back off your flanks with 'em
-I'd split your 15-man unit skink skirmishers into 3 10-man units, since the extra numbers aren't really going to help, but an extra unit will!
I've played against Lizzies once with my Wood Elves, and got pasted. The most painful part was the radius effect of the Engine of the Gods. However, people
really dislike this unit, so I like your choice of taking a Slann and some standards priests, and no steggies.
If you drop the jungle swarms (I haven't heard good things...) that's 90 points.
40- Spears for Saurus
25- Cloak of Feathers for one Skink Priest. If you take lore of fire, use this to fly around and cast magic missile spells through him with your slann. It's really annoying for wood elves!
15- Plaque of Tepok for the other Skink Priest.
10- Extra Handlers for 2 of the Salamanders (especially needed against wood elf shooting). And I'd personally change
at least one Salamander into a Razordon unit!
Overall, it looks good! The unit sizes will probably need to change with the new edition, so I'd try to check out the new rulebook (it should be in stores for pre-order on Tuesday) before committing

. I also would consider dropping a skink priest- you get diminishing returns for the points the more you add. But I do like it in there, and it helps you get over the "critical mass" needed to get off good spells.
You also have no dispel scrolls, but with 6
DD, I think you might be able to get away with it, at least against wood elves. Their magic is annoying, but not devastating. If he impedes the progress of your large blocks with forests (by tree singing them into the way) it's going to hurt, though! Since then he can attack you piecemeal.
The MVP of the game when I played against Lizzies was his Cold One Calvary. Some people don't like them, but they give you a flexibility and speed that this lists otherwise lacks. I think it'd be a good addition for 2250 point games.
