A friend of mine who is a 40k and FoW player and in the financial branch of a major banking firm told me this....

Well I have a friend in his mid 20's who is the assistant manager in the dairy section of a  Super Walmart and her never heard of Games Workshop so Games Workshop does not exist!

Only now do I realize how much I prefer Pete Haines' "misprints" to Gav Thorpe's "brainfarts." :Abadabadoobaddon

Ugh. Retail.

People who want to work at game stores amaze me. It's retail, but with rude and smelly customers, and less respect than McDonald's or Wal-Mart employees get.

But you don't get singed from the burger burners nor experience the huge landwhales that visit Walmart. Just smelly customers and slightly smaller landwhales. 8)  Also, every retail worker knows that the customer is an ass, no matter what industry. Always.

Have you ever noticed that when you buy a bag of animal crackers, there's only ever one or two turtles? I figure they must be endangered or something. Mass consumption of grahm crackers must have destroyed much of their breeding grounds.

While the previous statement had no relevance to the thread, I'd like to point out that the thread was barely relevant to itself.

Why that is because they die from smokeing 3 packs of cigarettes a day and often get their jaws broken by the psychotic monkey that lives in the cage below them on animal cracker box.

Oh I don't need to work at Walmart to "experience" the huge landwhales.  I can do that in my spare time!  Fat chicks need love too!

Mmmm, land whales. Like a scooter, they are fun to ride, but you would never want to get caught on one. Kinda like GW stock?
