Thanks for all the Info gentlemen, really good stuff.
IMO this would mean(according to my interp.) That the LR terminus will almost never be moved so all of its armaments can fire??
I would also guess that it has NO room to transport anyone. Can anyone fill me in?
It would be a pretty expensive tank to build with other tank components(scratchie), I wonder how much it will cost in AUS? My thoughts would be around the $125.00 mark....
Do we have any bids on $130??? higher/lower?

I would assume so, unless Apocalypse changes the rules for moving and shooting with vehicles. I would also guess that it has NO room to transport anyone. Can anyone fill me in?
That's correct. No transport room at all.

My LGS is taking pre-orders/orders for apocolypse only, and I think they are requiring you pay at least half down, honestly they'd be insane to have those on the shelves anywhere.

A terminus is one of the few things a space marine chapter has that can take the fight to super heavies, especially titans. Yes, you can call in the guard or ask for some help from the titan legions, but we are a little too proud for that. I am going to magnet one of my raiders so I can swap it in and out as a Terminus if I need it.

I don't know about you all, but I'm not using the releases for Apocalypse to take an army I have and make it huge, I'm using the releases to start a new army and maybe pick up some extra models for the next army after that. Think about it, if you want to play Eldar there is the 3 Falcon box, Tyranids, the 5 Carnifex box, SM the whole company, IG gets it's own company, and I realize in a normal army you don't need 10 Leman Russ, but you can buy the 3 pack. Need I go on?
I'm never going to play a game with 4 or 5000 points in it, I don't even have that many points in one army. Frankly I don't want it. I'm looking forward to this if only because it's the first time I've ever seen GW sell stuff at a big kind of discount and I want it.

It's pretty much a win win situation. The windrider host is something I can use, and it comes cheaper. So many reasons to make purchases through this deal no matter what you play. I also know I will be playing Apoc, as we used to do these huge 4 player games in the past. Now we have quicker rules for it. Heck, we even had a bring and battle against one guy in the shop, and they could barely match the points he could field. This is just another good way to play the game, and an actual bona fide good deal out of GW. If this and the Ork book are as good as they sound,... it's going to be a good winter of gaming.

I just wish they had brought out the IG company a while ago. In fact I think they should keep a similar size army deal for IG like they do for Chaos, Space Marines and Tau as will sell (£100 in UK)? Same goes for big box Ogryns and Sentinels as would have saved me a fortune. Apart from Baneblade I don't need to add to my Guard but am considering buying the £200 Tau army set as want to start a new army. Trouble is was waiting for Orks! Feel sorry for my mate, collects Necrons and all he gets is a new Lord model!

Does anyone have any word on whether any more models are being offered for apoc? I was hoping for a big orky box....

If it makes sense, then it's not RAW. |

I was looking at the SM company but already have over 100 SMs unassembled in boxed in my garage. So a titan it is for this little black duck. I can see forgeworld sales jump significantly as some of the bigger/ more exotic kits get bought up. Also OT and double posts removed
