anyone play WHFB in the bay area?

There are WHFB players up at Endgame in Oakland. Also, check out Leadership 2 (http://www.leadership2.org/), they are the ones who put on Quake City Rumble every year.

lol I live in Dublin and I can attest the Stoneridge store is small even for a group of kids to get a game in.

I've played it once and enjoyed it. I don't play it regularly at Black Diamond Games in Concord but at a tournament once there were some guys who had a group out of Antioch that played regularly. I don't know if that might be a bit far for you.

I'm South South Bay down in Gilroy. I go up to Game Kastle in Santa Clara or GW Oakridge in San Jose on occasion, though mainly just to browse. Wouldn't mind finding some other players around here or Morgan Hill.

To bring the thread back, I've started playing up at Gamescape in San Rafael. Gamescape SF says they have 40k night... but I don't believe 'em.

I Live in pittsburg, I havent played at any stores locally but will start soon Ill go to black diamond game, gamers guild, and the gw in antioch/brentwood. I play Tau and about to make a really big expansion of my army if you see me my army will be san Jose Sharks themed. Dont care much for fluff lol

Just a heads up, I'm going back to Napa in the next two weeks if anyone there has played at the Loose Caboose on third street.

I've been to gamescape in San Rafael a few times so i'm sure I've met some of you there.

Also Great escape games in Sacramento, I have played there and have a few things on consignment.

So many bay kids! Awesome! I live in Livermore and go to stoneridge ocasionaly, but I mainly go to alamo, especialy on friday nights because they are open till midnight! (These are GW's by the way). I see a few of you have said you go to there, PM me! I play chaos space marine and id love to get a game in, I will also be at alamo this friday. Names Alex obviouly

I play at the GW in antioch, oh and italiaplaya, I was going to the one in antioch........ until I heard Mike was going there. So its down to game kastle instead.

Yes we mean SF bay area. But Fuegan on Fridays the Alamo GW is open till MIDNIGHT. It is alot of fun. open gaming plain and simple.

Just got off the phone with the Alamo store. They ARE still doing midnight gaming but they lost an employee who did it. They jut hired a new redshirt but if his paperwork does not go thru by friday it won't happen this week, we should know by tomorrow night

I just recently moved back to the bay area. I live in Plesant Hill And i play at the black dimond games (by Frys) and the Alamo shop So, PM me, if anybody is intrested in playing a small game (1k-1.5k) with a guy who is just getting back into 40k, with new army

It hasnt been happening for the past like what, month? They've been closing at like 9 or 10 sometimes though. It will however start up again once the new worker starts

Anyone want to game in South South Bay Area? I got the stuff at work.

@petty3 - you need to hook up with Ozymandias here - he's down in SLO and has organized some tourneys down there. Granted, I'm not quite sure what we'll do here in Gilroy once you move down there and no one's running the Warhammer show at Gilroy Hobbies anymore, although I've been meaning to check out the new Thinker Toys up in Morgan Hill to see if they'll be carrying or have space for Warhammer.
