I've been thinking of doing Ad Mech (or maybe corrupt Ad Mech - which in GW's world is Ad Mech with more skulls and some spikes to show they're evil). The WH codex with IG allies seems the best route (or IG with WH allies).

Stormtroopers = Skitari (? sp) the Ad Mech line troops
IQ = Tech Priests
Archo Flaggs= Combat servitors

Take some IG units, some tanks, lots of big guns. I don't know if it's a tourney-competitive army, but it woudl be fun.

In the dark future, there are skulls for everyone. But only the bad guys get spikes. And rivets for all, apparently welding was lost in the Dark Age of Technology. -from C.Borer
