I agree with earlier posters- modularity and adaptability will be a big selling-point. The more choices you give people, the more they will like the product. This has to be balanced with how much effort you put into creating extensions, only a few of which customres will purchase with each base model. But 2 options for each of wings, hands, horns/nohorns will make you big points and make your product attractive to more than just players looking for a crudthirster replacement.
Sculpt multiple hand choices, including hands with no weapons but nasty talons.
A body that works well either with or without wings (either by not doing sockets, but a really good fastener in the form of armor that goes over the shoulder, along with a good impression of the body on the inside of a large attachment surface to make it glue well) will also sell well. AND preserve that amazing musculature that you went to all the trouble of sculpting, for those who want wingless daemons. If you include a jetpack-like option for the flying device, this will really place you well for those who might sub in non-GW minis for a daemon prince.
Heck, add optional horns could be done the same way as the wings, attached to a thin "skullcap" piece that fits over the top of the head in order to provide a large surface for gluing without sockets.
The more flexibility you build in, the better it will sell. Jetpacks and a set of empty clawed hands will do you well for making it more than just a rage-daemon.
