while I am not sure exactly sure where you are going with your argument, my understanding of cheating is to violate rules or regulations http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/cheat (i use this as a base of reference)

and performing illegal activities is also violating rules or regulations (forbidden by law or statute. or contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations, etc.) http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/illegal

therefore under that definition cheating and illegal acts are equal in that they are violations of rules or regulations. NOt so vague when you actually put it to it's base definitions.

This is OTT but fun-
Incorrect girlyman (I keed I keed). Boesky's competition was not you, I or any of the other players following SEC legalities. His competition was all the other players who used insider informing and stock manipulation. Therefore he did not cheat against his competition. It was the gov's prosecution of him and Millken that corraled these activities and players, for a little bit.

Comparing legalities with realities is always, er distracting.

I am happy they are finally expanding the selection, but I see a few frustrating things.

Tau Shield Drones are $6 for packs of 4 which irritates the hell out of me. Before they changed the bitz system I ordered 8 of the metal bitz for them for a future Tau army which came to $3 each without a drone sprue. Now they are half the price and come with the Drone sprue too. Aaarrrggghhh!!! A rare lowering of price which is good and should be encouraged, but it does not help me. :(

I hope they start putting up the important bitz needed for WYSIWYG like the Eldar Shuriken Cannon (used for Jetbikes, Vypers and Falcons). I think I bought enough, but I am not sure since I have not started the army yet, and I won't ever need any more jetbikes after getting two Windrider Hosts.
