Well I wanted to avoid cheese ie lots of land raiders. I realize there needs to be a shooty element to my list as well. The other army I am really interested in is kroot mercenaries, but finding a good "counts as" is bugging me. I was thinking Witch hunters, but then my counts as would just likely be a bad witch hunters list. I wish GW would just update LatD, 13th Company, and Kroot lists :/

That doesn't really include Witch Hunters, LaTD or Kroot.

I opt for a large Seer Council, 2x 10 Wraithguard with Warlock, and 3 Wraithlords.
Add some Harlies for cc goodness.
