Dude, I have to admit, you have done the hard bit. Starting. And the second hard bit. Posting pics of any kind of early stage work on dakka. You've got more gonads than I, no WAY would I post pics of my sculpts or paintjobs here. There's just no reason for me to. However, I think that you need to keep practice, and I am seeing improvement in your work. At least you de-penised that one dude's chin. It's getting better, and you MUSt keep at it now that you started the blog here! I look forward to further posts.

okay trashed the dp.....but itll suck having to see him go, lol.

also, i changed up the list so it wouldnt include a dp or a bloodthirster. now it has a guo and 3x10 plaguebringers..thats a wierd 1000 points isnt it?

and i think the army will have a slug theme...i mean why not?

crap i knew someone would ask that.....okay, i allow myself $30 for materials each month and i already used up 30 so yu'll have to wait till september for the plaguebringers...BUT if anyone wants a WIP i can start the beast of nurgle first!

kay i got an idea a couple nites ago.
what im gunna do is take greenstuff and make a bunch of nasty body parts(heads bodies legs etc. no penises) and then cast them and assemeble my plaguebringers like that. this way i dont have to sculpt 30 individual plaguebringers. heres a bunch of parts that i made last nite please tell me the ones i should use. i dont think ill use any of the heads cuz they arent big enough:

ooookayyy....well try again next summer I suppose, but continue to try sculpting through out the school year, and once the models look good then you can post and let us have a look.

Thats looking kind a nice

I have no idea of what I'm looking at. I see some models that don't remotely resemble things from the codex. Very unfinished pieces that are now getting painted.

Keep practicing the sculpting throughout the school year...then you'll be ready to undertake this project next summer.

Hey, don't let the asshats get you down. while it might not be to the level of a Gw sculpter and you won't get a job with it, you have to start somewhere. While some of it is still a bit on the unrefined scale, it's better than anything I could sculpt. I won't disparage you at all.. Just keep practicing with different mediums and pretty soon you will be doing some nice stuff.

remember, everyone's a critic, but the majority of those critics couldn't do any better,so you are better than them..
