That also includes terminator armor though, so 40 points for 2+/3+ and the ability to DS in with his abilities. Certainly not a bargain but not ott either.

Yea for libby its actually quite a good deal I think. Since they are more of a close range zappy/support choice and a bit worse in close combat, the ability to survive as long as possible is key. It is almost worth DS'in him with some termies and then breaking off on his own since he can take the punishment.

Or even counter DS'in into a daemon army and null zon'in for as long as he can with the rest of the army with heavy bolters at the ready.
