Necromunda suffered from the same problems that all other GW specalist games do; It was a really good core game but then they just kept tacking on way to much stuff, expansion after expansion until it stresses and breaks the original rules set so they try to slap a patch on the rules with a slightly more "updated" version, then the whole game is shelved. The weak campaign/ league systems seams to be a hallmark of specialist games as well.

You can't fix stupid.

At our local club we tend to play more one off Necromunda games, just do a gang up for the usual starting creds following the normal gang design rules and play.
I've been playing Necro since it first came out (have 6 painted gangs with another two still to go...) and have never had a bad game of it, win or lose...
