I love the shell idea, it looks great.

But, i think you should add some muzzle flash to the guns, looks kind of weird that shells are being ejected without the gun firing.

I have to say that I'm impressed w/ not only your painting on your Warboss, but the shell conversion. I may have to steal that idea. I assume that you simply glued the shells together, correct? And may I ask what shade of green and etc. you used for your Orks skin?

Sorry, for the double post, but I just saw this comment. That makes no sense. Let's break down a video of a gun firing into frames if we could. The muzzle flash will only be visible in a few of those, not all of them... Why can't this be one of them?
