Troops based Drop pod SM. I just don't want to paint it. If it comes unpainted I'll take SoB. At least then all the painting will end with a for sure good army.

i'd have to go for more guard, i have 2000pts now, but more guard just seems the right thing to do, big games with guard vs anything else are always so much fun to play

I think my views have been pretty well covered by the above:
If I got to choose everything, I'd go SoB witchhunters.
Choice of army, but not the details? Probably orks.
If waiting for a bit were an option, I'd be very interested in the new Guard (maybe with Valkyries?) or new Dark Eldar.
