Hmm. Agreed.
That would be helpful, but I'm not sure what you mean by shopping bag?
Also, yes, the Vitrians do have visors. I'm working on painting one right now, so updates soon!

This is the sort of bag I'm talking about ("green" bags - are becoming more prevalent as opposed to plastic bags here). They come with a hard plastic liner with texture.

Ah, I see.
"Eco-bags". Honestly, there wouldn't be any problem with plastic bags if people recycled them...
I'll have to pick up one of those on my next jaunt to the grocer's emporium!
In other news, painting is going well, I have primed and basecoated one of them (Which is a lot for me. Seriously, if I was in a laziness contests with Garfield, I would probably win.) I'm also working on the armor of the third guy. Pics as soon as the paintjob is finished!

It's been a while since I updated this, but I now have two of them painted. I also converted a Sergeant using a Space Marine Chainsword arm and a lasgun which I cut down and made into a Laspistol.
Huzzah for ingenuity!!!
Pics will come soon. My internet connection has been a bit slow lately though, so it might have to wait until I can affect connection repairs.

Haha! Proof that I'm not a horrible lying-liar-liarpants!!!
Teh photos!
And to prove that there's actually two of them, :
And the Sarge:
I know his Chainsword is a little messed up, but it's not a big deal.
Anyway. I also converted another one. This guy has his visor up, as you can see in these pics.
Photobucket was being wonky, I think because of my bad connection , and I was having troubles uploading pics, so I took them all over again today and uploaded them from my desktop. And whaddya know, it worked!
Edit: Sorry for the bad quality too. Photo taking is not my strength...

Thanks, it has been a bit of a challenge, but I've found that it's now a lot easier making the armor.
Anyway, I think I'm going to use these guys as counts-as Stormtroopers, and have my normal units be unconverted save for the visors (which I really like). I could say that only veterans get to wear the scale-armor and the newer, "greener" troopers have to wear flak like everybody else.
Anyway. I think the next thing is a codex, and after that, I'm gonna get a Sentinel, cuz they're awsome.
Though my Space Marines are being neglected now, so I might have to do some work on them first. Lol.
