If I was still playing as much now as I had been in the past, I would take the inner circle deal. Battalion sized boxed sets for hella cheap and sell off what I didn't use.

The inner circle is a really great deal for groups because you can split on the membership price and than divide the total spending limit by how much people are in on the deal. When buying in bulk, the prices are even greater than Bitkingdom's normally awesome prices.
Don't worry about the shipping times either, I live in Canada and I've recieved orders from bitkingdom quite fast every time so far.

I would personally stay away from anything by Bit Kingdom. I ordered some bits and the contents of the order was about half wrong. After 3 emails he has not responded to a single one and I don't have the right bits. His service is terrible. Stay far away from Nate.

I've had nothing but bad luck with this site. I'm not an inner circle member, but it took 3 months to get most of what I ordered from the guy. To his defense, he did try to make amends by guessing what I played and sending free product. But at the end of the day, I don't think I'd make a purchase from him again without making sure he's more organized.

This sounds awfully odd...I have had some problems with BitKingdom (2 to be exact) but EACH time it has been handled with utmost urgency. He even threw in something to make it up for me. He has answered his phone most times I have called, and he uses Skype chat program extensively. I have done at least 3-4 orders for myself, and 2 that I had it sent to a different address in a different state that went just fine.
Due to the fact the owner of BitKingdom is run by ONE person handling everything I tend to cut some slack on his methods. Plus the savings you get from using BitKingdom (especially over $66 you get free shipping) is well worth the wait time.
I'll tell you this, you give him a GOOD answer on improving his service with what he has or can reasonably get then by all means please tell him, I know for a fact he would like to get good suggestions and comments that are helpful.

Just got my stompa today from the sale on the 13th. I don't mind the long transit time, it's not like I don't have enough stuff to do anyway, plus it was cheap, so he gets a thumbs up from me.

I ordered a Stompa ($64, free S&H) on the 16th, got it yesterday. That's less that two work weeks. Now, I'm kinda wishing I'd ordered two at that price.

Ok stuff received today (4/17, order placed on 3/26).
Everything arrived with only one minor issue (missing two of the Space Marine Vehicle upgrade sprues for the rhinos) not a huge deal and I doubt I'll bother making a stink about it but worth noting.
So I'll confirm the prior reviews, its not super fast so you won't be scratching any sudden buy urges with them. I also got the feeling that my stuff got shipped when it did specifically because I called that day to check (Monday, 4/13).
So I'd recommend Nate's store (bitkingdom.com and plastickrack.com) with only the caveat that its worth a bit of effort to reach out to him to get your stuff in a timely fashion.
Now to get to work on this pile of sprues sitting on my floor, a new IG regiment awaits!

I'm pretty much done trying to deal with Bit Kingdom/Plastic Krack. I ordered from Nate a long time ago when Bit Kingdom was first getting off the ground and everything went super smooth. A little longer than normal, but still everything was correct in the order and it included bits that GW no longer carried via bitz order and things that were cheaper than Warstore.
I've tried multiple times since then to order products through both BK and PK and have not even received an email either confirming or stating that the products were out of stock from them. That is crappy service. If I have to wait a week or two from placing an online order to make sure I haven't been charged (meaning I have to hold out ordering elsewhere) and they are just slow on fulfilling the order, that is probably the only thing that will piss me off when ordering online. And I've had this happen 4 times with Bit Kingdom/ Plastic Krack. I realize that with PK they have limited supplies, but a simple email saying you did not make the cut for the deal would be a nice courtesy. With BK, there is no excuse. They have lost out to hundreds of dollars from me with there inability to respond to an email.
I don't care if Warstore is slightly more expensive, the reliability of good service is well worth the extra couple of dollars.

I joined inner circle with BK in december. since then I have put in 7 larger orders. 1 of the 7 orders came in correct. most of the time I would give Nate an order, he would order half of the order on monday, then when I call to get delivery confirmation on friday, he tells me he has to order the rest of the order. and when I call him on the constant issue he gives me lame excuses for the poor service. and for the most part I would have to be on the phone with him every weekday and some saturdays to keep my order on his mind. if I didnt, I think that I would still be waiting on some products.
I dont mind waiting 2 weeks to get my product, but he wouldnt ship my order until 3 weeks later, so I would get my stuff in 4 weeks after ordering it. I tried to explain that if I am giving him my money when I put the order in, then I want the whole order at the same time. I dont want to wait an extra week for the rest of my product to come in, or get split delivery.
I've also been missing items here and there in my orders, which he would correct.... eventually. all in all it would be a great option for clubs if Nate could work on better organizational skills and keep things moving smoothly. if things are too much for him, either trim the fat, or move on. I have since decided not to continue my innercircle account based on poor service.

I don't know Nate for anything I just buy from him occasionally because of the good prices but I don't see why everyone can't read here that he's in the process of moving to new location http://www.plastickrack.com/ and that he's working on his system.
Whenever I send him an email it says if you need a faster response or if he doesn't respond fast enough call him and he gives you a phone number. So why can't you just call the guy if you want communication?
The guy is so easy to be reached on the phone. Just call him to get your order or responses.

To be sure, supporting your FLGS is the best way to go. Really because unless you have a game room at your place with space and terrain and can regularly meet there, you need the FLGS. (for gaming that is) So when they go under how much is your %20 off really worth? Look, Everyone likes a deal and no one can blame a guy for saving some money but let your local shop know your about to drop serious coin on a big purchase, they might just match it on a one time or everyonce in a while deal, and then they might not but at least they had a shot at your money first. I have worked in several shops and on occasion asked a guy to leave and not return when his on a soap box about buying all his stuff online or at a steep discounter. Brass tacks, I didnt need him getting other customers to go that route and why support a guy who does not support your shop, its not like getting rid of him is causing you to lose money because hes not spending money in the store anyway. A bottle of paint or can of primer here and there dont count.
Now having said that, its like a said before, a big purchase here and there at a fat discount no one can blame a guy for. Thats where a place like Nates and the Warstore come in as well as for stuff your FLGS dont have. Those guys are a business too and trying just as hard to make you a customer and returning. I order from Neal on occasion for terrain and the odd thing I cant find local. I have had a error or missing item and he takes care of it right away! Nate has been sending me Bits and such for abour as long as hes been doing them and I have never had a missing or incorrect bit. The plastic Krak thing I was skeptical about but ordered an item off of. Im in Hawaii so the shipping is more expensive and alot of shops wont send to Alaska or hawaii due to the increased shipping requirements. Nate was sending every thing out UPS ( which I think he said would have run him about $45 to Hawaii ) So I asked him to send it USPS, he cut me a deal on the shipping ( still more that the listed price but he didnt have to do it at all really) and did it USPS, I still got a great deal on my item and great "extra" service and alterante shipping as far as I am concerened.
I guess its all about personal experience but isnt that what we are talking about? The more sales you make the more likely some thing with be missed but its how you treat those mistakes I say.

Hello some of you may have read my thread "Finally a Painting Service That is affortable" I wanted to inform all of you that Nate Had to move His store and all the Product To a new Location He just held his grand opening Saturday April 18th. He has been runnning this business all on his own the ordering and sorting the different orders plus boxing them himself and then shipping. If you order something just give him a jingle sometimes the shipper to him has a back order and he don't get it on time. I pesonal know him outside of the business and helped him move some of the items and shelfing units. Also people should look at Plastic Krack his new daily to weekly Discount site. Now that the store is almost in order. The orders should be processed more promptly. Thanks for reading Donald From DK TABLE TOP GAMES PAINTING SERVICE.

I gotta say that I'm still wary of repeat ordering after he screwed up my order, and didn't get me all of it until almost 2 months after placement.
I may order again when planetstrike comes out with new terrain bits, but that'll be non-essential stuff. My FLGS will get all my army-building custom.
As to the "be understanding" crowd: my tolerance goes only so far, and that was once I realized that he hadn't shipped my order until after I no longer had legal recourse to get my money back (i.e. the 45 day limit with paypal).
Nate's BitKingdom and Plastickrack is a business. Businesses that deal with credit cards need to follow guidelines (like provide product/service within a certain time of accepting a charge). Moreover, the lack of organization apparent really doesn't speak well for him.

I placed an order from plastickrack, and after not hearing or seeing anything for a month, gave Nate a call.
While he is decent to talk with, half the time I felt he was bullshitting me just to pacify me or to buy himself more time to get his gak together. It took him another week to actually get me an invoice, and then a further week to actually ship my order. About a month after I paid for the order.
Order date was march 13, received it today, April 21.
Unacceptable.
Sad really, great prices, awful customer service. I doubt I'll order from him again.
