Oh a team game eh, that's a much different story then. A unit of warlocks with a fortune-seer in a wave serpent can dish out one hell of a nasty multi-charge on tanks.

That leaves you a few points left over for Min guardians, while your partner takes Target Lock broadsides and fusion suits.

Was making the joke about WL being immune to melta because he is a MC and doesnt have any armor to pen, unlike say a walker. I know the weapon can still hit him, it just wont have any melta effect to apply.


Just to reiterate tho, these small games are going to see a lot of strange builds to push builds in strange directions. IG tank squadrons seem a sure bet tho. In 500 points it would be easy to run two carnifax for tyranids, a lot of armor for IG or marines, or a huge number of orcs. A vanilla list of eldar will probably not thrive in this environment, so it would probably be a good idea to run something a little odd in order to survive.

Why does my eldar army run three fire prisms? Because the rules wont let me use four in (regular 40k).
