I don't mind people watching, I do it all the time, so why would I care if people watch my games?
Also, I find it incredibly funny when a GW staff member asks what a model is
I don't mind people watching. Backseat general is annoying though, but most annoying is people making snide remarks. "Oh man, that was a stupid move." "Owned!" or similiar
I don't mind new players or lurkers. I like to have conversation during my game, otherwise it turns into a competitive mini-waving contest.
But people badgering you while you play is rude, and it's inconsiderate to approach someone you don't know and hit them with a barrage of questions. Especially while they are playing a recreational game during what is probably one of their days off.
I don't really expect most gamers to have common sense or etiquette though so I don't really let it get to me.
And for the umpteenth time, as everyone else stated - don't EVER touch my minis without asking. That's pretty obscene with this much money and time/energy being put into a hobby.
