Ok, I've been a little quiet on the blog front (not on tpd though, that's the main blog i've updated regularly) so this is a quick fix up to date post of just pictures. Suffice to say I just have 8 Hormagaunts left.

I'm curious: is this all hand-painted, or do you use an airbrush? Certainly not taking anything away from your scheme or speed, as this is fantastic work in such a short span of time. Tyranids are probably one of the few armies where you can get away with using stuff from the older range, and it still looks pretty damn good

Finished! I won, none of the challengers could beat me. I built and painted 1500pts of tyranids, an objective marker and a themed terrain piece in 7 weeks and 4 days.

Gareth, you are a machine mate! I can only dream of painting mini's so quickly and to such a high level. You must feel very proud to look at the whole army together like that.

Heck, I feel proud just to look at one mini when I finish it, a whole army in 7 weeks would be the end of me!
