It's going to be Full scale model of the TH. It will cost 36,000 USD and be able to drive like a Semi. Also you will need a CDL to purchase/drive it.

This I predict.

I dunno, I think they could do a thunderhawk... it might be pricey, but still. I mean, people kept saying "naw, there will never be a plastic baneblade" .. and I doubt a few years back anyone would have expected to see a stompa either.. and even if it was army-box expensive, we'd still buy em and just not eat for a month or so...

I just think that if they did do a TH, they would work up to it by releasing increasingly larger and more expensive models. I would expect most of the smaller flier models first. I'd like to see a plastic dreadclaw

At $150, that's a steal.

Keep in mind that GW sells Realm of Battle Boards for $300, and does quite well on them.

So I'd expect at least $250 for a plastic Thunderhawk, and it'd still sell in quantity as a Christmas release.

thinking about this more i do belive that one of the smaler flyers would be a good idea, or rather i would love 8 more thunderbolts, and it wouldn't be to difficult to do just look at the valk.

Well GW would most likely release either a Warhound or Thunderhawk as they are the most favourite super heavies and therefore able to make more monies

Personally I wish they would stop making super heavies and focus their kit making skills on a few models that need to be redone...

But if we must see more super heavies I'd like to see a Warhound Titan.

Could it be a new IG Tank?

I realise that this is overdone.

So if it is I will crawl into my hole of solitude for a few thousand years and wait for GW or FW to release a decent bunch of stuff.

My bet would be a Trygon or another Xenos Super heavy, chaos and the imperials currently have the same number of kits with chaos having more conversion options (as usual) hell even orks and the impies have the same number of kits skullhamma pic in the apoc book is based of the Bane blade.

My bet would also be that we wouldn't see the Scorpion/Cobra kit until Eldar get redone.

I can agree that chaos has a lot of kits, but most conversion options(especially "as usual" ?) I don't really see. IG has the most by far of kits and conversion options, SM is about even with chaos and in my opinion is a bit ahead(due to them having so many variant dreads/vehicles and an entirely new chapter). I also don't see why you say chaos usually has more. I find loyalist marines and IG have the most kits and most attention due to them being a very high seller. CSM's are no slouch in the sale department either but no where near as much as loyalists and IG is definitely up there as well. IG alone has 11 or so sections under their original heading (super heavies, elysian drop troops, death korps, etc), chaos has 4. If you look through all of IG's options and then chaos' options and you can honestly say that chaos has more kits and more conversion options I would have to say you aren't looking in the right place.

I really don't know what is going to come out. I think they probably have a Trygon done but when it will be released I don't know (it will probably be released with the tyranid codex which is quite a ways off). A warhound sounds decent because it isnt enormous and should be relatively inexpensive if GW makes it so it could open up titan ownership and conversion to a broader amount of people making apocalypse that much more popular. I would personally like to see them go around to all the races and give each at least one super heavy and a few conversion options instead of just focusing on IG/SM/Chaos for the most part so far (but I wouldnt be mad if they added more chaos options). I think chaos is done for a while after siege of vraks because they've released quite a lot of new models with that series. Maybe necrons/dark eldar/eldar will get more attention(necrons especially need some new FW stuff).

Well you're going to have to keep dreaming because a plastic Manta is very, very, very unlikely.

But I totally agree with you, GW need to make more Xenos super-heavies, and, as mentioned before they should tone down on the super heavy production and focus even more on models that desperately need to be updated. *cough*darkeldar*cough*

your right that FW gives more love to the loyalists than they give to chaos but just using the 2 apoc books that have been printed chaos has at least 2 or 3 unique tanks that they can build from those hulls ( don't have the books in front of me ATM). Dreadnoughts and variant vehicles really aren't a super heavy as much as something you could reasonably use in a normal game. plus as to the massive number of IG kits, with vary few exceptions those can be converted to chaos worshipers since the chaos gaurd like units are always mentioned but rarely do they get their own model kits.

now that we are seeing a March of 2010 rumor for the nids I think the Trygon is most likely the next new one, although one of the Chaos super heavies from the data sheets on the website would be cool. with a new codex hitting stores soon I can't really see why the nids wouldn't be the next in line to get a super heavy.

I don't really think you can count things you "can" convert. I could take a trygon and convert it into a daemon of slaanesh, does that count as a chaos conversion option then? If we're counting that anything can work for almost any army and it becomes silly to try to count them all. I was going by kits that are made specifically for converting (aka death guard shoulder pads/torsos to convert a normal csm squad), or replacement FW armament for troops, etc.

Did I say they were somewhere? If you think I did you might want to re-read what I wrote because that is definitely not in there. The only thing I said about variant dreads/vehicles was that SM's have a lot of them (venerable/ironclad/furioso/etc for the dreads, razorback/whirlwind/etc for the vehicles).

typhus wrote:Ive heard rumors of a plastic aquilla lander .

I've heard rumors that elvis could potentially still be alive. Unless there is something substantial behind that rumor, it might as well not exist. BoLS and similar sites have people on the inside that give them hints and info occasionally so a lot of their rumors turn out to be true, but unless you have a link to something like that its dust in the wind.
