well I'd say play your stated amount of games. If you like playing it then that's all that matters, right? I mean this isnt a new concept for you. Think back to a time when Land Raiders covered 1/2 of the table, sitting behind crumbled buildings holding deadly swathes of Power Armored Grey Knights and Terminators. So when you said that you were going all bikes I wasnt too surprised.. I say run with it for those stated amount of games and see how it does from there...

Haha I can't wait till next year when I build some giant yellow land raiders of doom again, but now holding TH / SS termies and Lysander!!! bwahaha. You will have to sit and look at giant yellow obnoxious tanks the whole game!!!!

i tell every girl i date about this game... If they run away because of that then so be it... I'm sure I'll find a girl that either doesnt care or wants to try it out as well.... I know a couple of the latter.

hey everyone!

So I just found out about a tournament that is being held locally (Laramie, Wy) this upcoming weekend and it has given me renewed vigor to paint. I know what you are going to say, "Luke, you have a LOT of stuff that is still not painted." and it is true. Good news is that this tournament is only 750 pts. Tuesday I might well come to find out that it is really 1750 pts, in which case i am sitting it out, but for now i am going to try to get 750 points painted. It is an achievable goal in that I have to paint the following:

1 attack bike- 0% complete
2 meltagun bikes- 0% complete
6 regular bikes- 50% complete

I have 1 week to do all that, good thing I don't have classes on monday.

Good luck with the painting. As for spamming, as long as you have fun playing then it doesn't matter what other people think. I think that all bike armies are really cool and i wouldn't care if someone was spamming (that might be because i used to play ravenwing though!).

Anyway, this is looking good at the moment, loving the yellow colour.

Bad news, Tournament was cancelled so we could see Texas beat the crap out of poor UW. What I don't understand is why do we say we can beat the #2 team in the nation for the following reasons, 1) It's cold. 2) Altitude. Seriously?? I am just bitter about it. However I will post pictures of Squad 1 and 2 soon.

That's sad when crappy football teams take precedence over a fun game like 40K. If there were games up here I'm sure it would happen here too.

Yeah. I would think balance... But it'd be totally fine if she didnt want to participate as long as there is an understanding that a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
